Im facing issues from Day-1 of my purchase of TES500 variant. Im not even getting 40km on full charge and the seller promised a 100km mileage on full charge. there is no customer care and are ignoring my concerns by making comments like with out diesel scooter will not perform. it seems they are cheating the customers. i have paid 83000 after discount. im frustrated with this purchase made on 15th March 2023. company should take proper action to rectify the performance..at least check the battery efficiency.
