Newtron Z300

My father brought this bike last year. Within a few months, the mileage decreased and even though battery cells were replaced many times, the bike didn't help to ride more than 3km. He never approached this bike with water, but when I complied with the bike manufacturer, the dealer reported it as battery failure due to water washed. No genuine help from the company and dealer. We couldn't identify the issue whether it was a bike issue or a battery issue since the bike and battery manufacturers are different. They both were complaining about each other and the dealer is the worst part of customer service. Waste of money, Time, and energy.
