Best 100cc bike with good mileage

I am planning to buy a 100cc bike. I usually commute around 40kms everyday. So i prefer a bike with good mileage. Please suggest a good 100cc bike.

And is Hero Honda CD100 still available in market?

Bajaj Discover 100 DTS-Si gives more mileage and has better stylish looks, but lacks engine reliability and has shorter life span and is not a consistent performance bike and has less resale value.
