Hi, Hero Honda Passion Pro is a reliable 100cc bike. The bike has reliable 97.2 cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, OHC, Digital CDi engine with 7.8 hp @ 7500 rpm of power and has 8.04 Nm @ 4500 rpm of torque and gives mileage of around 65 to 70 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions and has very good resale value.
Where as Bajaj Pulsar 135 DTS-i has 134.7cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, 4-Valve, DTS-i engine with 13.5 hp @ 9000 rpm of power and has 11.4 Nm @ 7500 rpm of torque with 5-speed gears and gives mileage of around 54 to 62 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions, but lacks engine reliability and has shorter life span and is not a consistent performance bike and has very less resale value.

So in my personal opinion its better to go for the reliable 125cc Honda Shine. The bike has reliable 124.7cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, digital CDi engine with 10.3 hp @ 7500 rpm of power and has 11 Nm @ 5500 rpm of torque and gives mileage of around 58 to 65 kmpl depending upon the riding conditions and style. Honda Shine is regarded as the best 125cc bike in India with reliable engine and quality body parts and has good comfort in riding and handling.
