Always a new Bike(any make) is better... and Old bikes (Royal Enfield make only) is taken as Vintage as the Engine is really made of Gun Metal which is better but there is alwatys a running ware&tear in old bikes.

Hi, always go for the new Royal Enfield bikes because the new Enfield bikes are made of aluminum UCE engines, which are having more power, mileage and low maintenance costs, but lacks the thump of old cast iron Royal Enfield bikes.
All the new Royal Enfield 350cc bike models have the same reliable 346cc, Single Cylinder, 4-stroke, Twinspark, Tci, UCE engines with 19.8 hp @ 5250 rpm of power and has 28 Nm @ 4000 rpm of torque and gives mileage of around 34 to 40 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions. So better go for the Bullet Thunderbird Twinspark or the Bullet Classic 350 or Bullet Electra models depending upon your choice.
