I have a bike which have a registration number of Karnataka but I want to sell it in gurgaon. I have NOC but it is expired. So my question is whether I will be able to sell my bike in gurgaon or not.

Hi,

You need to get NOC from Karnataka to sell it in Gurgaon. You can either list your bike now and try to get NOC in parallel OR get NOC first and then list it here.
