Hi Ankur,
You need to get NOC from TN to sell it in Bangalore. You can either list your bike now and try to get NOC in parallel OR get NOC first and then list it here.

For getting the NOC from TN online..which option i have to select from Reason out of two below
1) Change in residence to other authority
2) Sold the vehicle to registering authority
