Which is the best bike with highest mileage given on road in india, priced around Rs.50000/-

Hi,
I have been using Yamaha R15, since more than a year, but now i want to sell that bike and take a new one which gives very good mileage, may be around 65-70 KMPL. It can be of any company, not necessary yamaha only. Well my height is 5ft 10inch and i weigh 80kg, i travel around 40-45 km daily. Please suggest few good bikes for me.

Hi, its better to go for Hero Honda Splendor Plus with reliable 97.2 cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, OHC, Digital CDi engine having 7.8 hp @ 8000 rpm of power and torque of 7.95 Nm @ 5000 rpm. The Splendor Plus has a mileage of around 65 to 72 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions and has good comfort in riding and handling and has good resale value too. So better go for it.

TVS Star City will give the highest mileage on road in India, priced around Rs 50000. You may also go for Hero Motocorp CD-Deluxe or Bajaj Discover 100. But personally, I would suggest you stay away from Bajaj bikes if you desire longevity from your bike.
