Hi, currently all the Royal Enfield 350cc bikes have the same reliable UCE engines with same power, mileage and speed. So it depends upon personal choices. Go for the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350cc model for more comfort in riding and handling or go for the Royal Enfield Classic 350cc model for the real trade mark style of Bullets.

All Enfield bikes have the same engine and mechanicals except the Classic 500 which has a fuel injected 500cc engine. So unless you want to buy the Classic 500, you can go for any other bike in the Enfield stable as all of them are essentially the same. I suggest you go for the Bullet Standard and add a front disc brake on it. Front disc brake is a must for the bBllet. All other Bullets come with a self starter which is totally avoidable as it is known to give a lot of problems. SO play safe, buy a Bullet standard and get a front disc brake installed on it.
