Hello. Both the Classic 350 and Bullet 350 is based on the same 346cc, single cylinder engine delivering the same power and torque in both the rides. But there are some difference between the two. Classic 350 is based on a more flexible and light weight design frame while Bullet 350 is more of a unibody frame. Classic 350 features electronic self starting motor and front disc brake, while Standard Bullet gets a kick starter and drum brakes upfront. That is why the prior one costs 25000 INR more than the previous one. On moving to the riding quality and performance, both rides entirely different. The Bullet 350 uses heavier crank, which weighs 1kg more than that of classic. More the crank weight, more the riding comfort. One can go with the Bullet 350 in and around a busy street or traffic on 4th and 5th gear without any sorts of difficulties. According to the user reviews, RE Bullet 350 is good for local rides around the town, village roads and short distance rides. Meanwhile, Classic 350 is better for long distance rides. The pillion seats of Bullet 350 is better than Classic 350 in terms of comfort.
