200-350 cc bike

Hi,

i have not driven much bike ..infact am a beginner. but i wanna have a 200-350 cc bike. wanted to go for enfield electra but waiting time is 4-6 months. so i don't know if i should buy it . do i buy a second hand enfield and if so have no idea about pricing and handling stuff. is there an alternative to enfield in terms of less waiting period. basically looking for robust bike witha rough edge.

Hi, wait for 4-6 months and buy new Royal Enfield Electra. The new Royal Enfield bikes has less maintenance free and better engines and has more mileage and power than the old ones. There are no alternative bikes for Royal Enfield. It is a pride to own a legendary bike like Royal Enfield.

If you dont know anything about bikes, which seems evident from your question, just forget about the Bullet. It is not meant for novices. Your options are the P220/Karizma/ZMR/Ninja 250 and the CBR 250. Since you are a novice, I suggest you go for the Karizma R as it is the least complicated bike in the 200-350cc capacity.
