Honda, Bajaj and TVS Motors dealers raining freebies with cash benefits

Haven't heard freebies and offers from the major bike company dealers in the recent years; however, it is raining freebies currently in the 2-wheeler market.

Dealers of Honda Motorcycle, TVS Motors and Bajaj Auto started attracting customers with offers including low interest rates and cash benefits.

On one side 2 wheeler sector is going strong posting double-digit growth, there are few takers for certain bike models due to poor customer interest and these models have lined up to woo the customers with discounts and offers.



The slow selling 110cc bike from Honda Motorcycle the Honda CB Twister whose price pegged close at Rs. 50K is given good run for money from bigger CC bike Hero Honda Splendor whose price is lower than the Twister at Rs 41,350.

So the dealers want to reduce the price of CB Twister by up to Rs 3,500 in markets where the competition is stiff.



Bajaj Auto dealers believe they are not compelled to offer a discount by any competition yet they want to offer Discover 100cc at 0% interest rate.

And coming to the TVS Motors dealers they are offering either free insurance or road tax benefits to customers in select markets on TVS Star City 110 cc bike which could benefit customers to the tune of 1500 rupees.
