Showcased in India in February 2016. Hero XF3R is not yet available in India.
Hero XF3R is the concept model, which was unveiled at the Hero MotoCorp pavilion at 2016 Auto Expo. It was displayed along with the much anticipated Hero HX250R model. Both these models were formed after the collaboration of Hero with the American motorcycle sport company Erik Buell Racing.
The bike sits on a Trellis Frame featuring a newly developed 300cc, liquid-cooled engine which could be the flag bearer for Hero MotoCorp, once it is launched. According to Hero, they will be using this same design theme for their upcoming street bikes for Indian and other International markets. Unlike any other Hero they had ever produced, this one features powerful and dynamic styling features in the basic design. This one could be a perfect alternative for Benelli TNT 300, Mahindra Mojo, Dominar 400 and KTM Dukes.
Hero showcased this model as a design concept vehicle at the 2016 Auto Expo. The XF3R is weaved with many advanced features like street fighter headlamp, mesh type alloy wheels, fuel tank with extensions on which turn indicators and air-intake is placed, Pirelli Sport Demon tyres, twin port exhaust system, LED tail lamps and red painted rear wheels and sub-frame. The exhaust system is placed beneath the rider's seat.
This 300cc power packed bike also gets dual map technology mode and fuel injection system. The bike features USD telescopic front suspension and single-sided monoshcok and swingarm at the rear. More technical specifications of the bike is yet to be revealed from the Hero authorities.
