I have TVS PEP scooty 2006 June TN registration. Chennai Mandaveli RTO. it is working excellently FC is valid till June 2021. now I am in Mumbai. Insurance is there ..
1 How to get FC for this vehicle for which NOC is required from Chennai after police clearance can this be arranged what will be the cost involved for the entire process... ( i wish to use it ) OR

2 if I have to sell it what is the procedure? is it mandatory I should SEND the vehicle to Chennai?
