I used Castrol engine oil first time on my bike it's not a synthetic

I used Castrol engine oil first time on my bike it's not a synthetic oil. I always used synthetic engine oil which is given by showroom fz25 yamaha engine oil but .but today there is no stock in showroom that's why I use Castrol engine oil" does it harmful for my engine ?? I am so afraid plz guide
