There are heavy vibration issues with my new bike Yamaha FZ16 version

There are heavy vibration issues with my new bike Yamaha FZ16 version 3. As soon as I cross 5000RPM, a strange sound can be heard and the bike vibrates. Heavy vibrations are felt at handle bars and footpegs. And again when I decelerate through that RPM range the bike again vibrates.Its very irritating actually. Another thing I have observed is that the bike doesnt vibrate when pillion is sitting. I have already consulted Yamaha service center but they could not find any solution.Please help me find solution. The service center guys have already checked for chain issue but there seem to be no problem with chain.
