I'm planning to buy new bike but confused between Honda X-Blade & Baja

I'm planning to buy new bike but confused between Honda X-Blade & Bajaj Avenger. So, Can you please suggest me which bike should I buy..? I'm planning to buy bike for multipurpose i.e. for official purpose also & unofficial purpose also. Since I'm a marketing person so most of the time spend in bike only so kindly suggest me a good bike to buy.
