For transferring the ownership, you need to have RC book in original. So, it is better to apply for a duplicate RC book and then sell it. If ownership is not transferred, you will be liable for all problems involving your bike.

You can contact a scrap dealer to dispose the bike. But then also, you need to submit the letter from the scrap dealer in the RTO (in AP) to cancel the registration of the vehicle. We suggest you to contact a RTO agent in AP. They should be able to get RC book and NOC so that you can sell it in Gurgaon.
