I have a 14 year old Yamaha Libero ( 2003 model) which I haven't used

I have a 14 year old Yamaha Libero ( 2003 model) which I haven't used since 2009 ( or used very less, which is insignificant). I want to know whether to sell that bike or repair it . It has some engine issues and is not in proper driving conditions, but is still starting . I got a deal for 4000, is it better to sell it or repair it ( min repair cost came around 8-9K app.)
