I have Karizma ZMR new model, when i start my bike it runs few kms and

I have Karizma ZMR new model, when i start my bike it runs few kms and then the bike stops, i have to close my bike for 2-3 mins and then restarts. in a long running at first bike runs 5-10 kms (depending on traffic) and stops and then every 2-5kms it stops, i have to wait 2-5 mintues to restart the bike. Shown to couple of mechanics, some say there is a problem in CDI and some say its Fuel Pump. Also bike gets heated a lot.
