Launch of Bajaj Pulsar 250cc in September 2011?

India's second largest two-wheeler maker confirmed plans of launching a Pulsar upgrade in September. It is not certain if it is Pulsar 250cc, but a Pulsar brand launch is in the offing for sure.

However it should be noted that to give a good competition to the current 250cc motorcycles Bajaj has been working to bring a Pulsar 250. We need to wait some more time for a Pulsar 250.



Ever since Pulsar was launched its popularity has been only on the rise and the competition has taken a heavy beating from all the Pulsar variants. The premium bike currently in the Pulsars is Pulsar 220 DTS-I and it is a huge hit with the youth and continues to sell like hot cake despite many brands in the 250cc segments.

Pulsar 220 is a wonderful package for Indian biker who looks for power, style, reliability, and affordability in a 200+cc bike.

The heat generated after launch of Honda CBR250R and Kawasaki Ninja 250R, confirmed entry of Hyosung GTR 250R, Bajaj KTM Duke 200 and Yamaha R series it appears there should be a Pulsar 250cc to give the competition some beating in the butt, so we still hope Bajaj is keeping us in suspense for its launch of sport bike Pulsar 250cc.
