Hero motorcorp to launch diesel bike 'Hero Honda Diesel 400' by 2012
Eventhough the two biggies 'Hero' and 'Honda' have parted and have moved in two ways, recent proceedings in the market did evidence this, the 'Hero' group drifting alone, with Honda still contributing to Hero’s growth until 2014 based on an agreement signed between them.
Hero motocrop is now planning to launch a diesel bike, which is run by a powerful air-cooled 400cc engine that incorporates the all new DFI (direct fuel injection) technology. It’s expected to give great power with its 400cc engine and will belt a max output of 30 bhp of power. The build of the bike is pretty aggressive with impressive body designs and would be rolling out with metallic finished body colours.
The new diesel bike would be having new graphics for the diesel bike with a more comfortable seating arrangement. The bike comes with alloy wheels and spokes aimed at better styling. This new bike from the renowned 'Hero' group is predicted to have a great reception from the Indian customers.
The new Hero Honda Diesel 400 has got a price tag of Rs. 1,50,000 in India. 'Hero', who is known for their reliable engines, this diesel version is considered more reliable with optimal performance and because of that this diesel bike promises to be the new best seller for 'Hero' group.
