Triumph to set up a plant in Karnataka

In India, as the ongoing trend is the wide launch of premium range bikes, many of the international companies are coming to India, looking for a big market here. Almost all the existing companies are also going to launch the higher grade bikes into the market.

Triumph is one of the many other global brands who are coming to India to sell their top quality bikes. In India, the bikes should have great power and its performance must be worth its price. The companies are mainly concentrating to reduce the price tag given to the product.



For that, the best possible option is building the products in India itself. Triumph setting up its own manufacturing plant in India. The company is in conversation with the government of Karnataka about this and if things fall in place, the plant will begin functioning in a year's time.

This move will surely enable them to compete with many of their major opponents like Harley Davidson, Royal Enfield etc. Triumph motorcycles have a strong brand reputation and owning a Triumph bike a considered to be a strong style statement by buyers.They are expecting good response from the Indian people.
