Face-lifted version of Honda CBR 250R to be launched on Feb last.

As a big nightmare for Bajaj's Pulsar 200NS and the KTM Duke 200, here comes Honda's much improved version of CBR250R. The company has lined up a more stylish and glamorous face-lifted CBR 250R model for launch by this month-end.

"The new bike has gone under production by the middle of this month," said Mr.Naresh Rattan, vice-president, sales and marketing, Honda. He also said that "The market is growing rapidly even is such times."

"There is no dearth of demand for premium priced bikes in India despite a broader slowdown in demand for the commuter bikes witnessed by a few players," he added about the current two wheeler scenario in Indian market.

"There have been issues relating to components shortage due to the recent floods in Thailand which has impacted local production," said Mr.Rattan. "This matter is being sorted out before we launch the new version."
