KTM to launch Super Duke in India by 2014

Just days after the launch of the KTM Duke 200 in the Indian market, here is another good news to the Indian bike lovers from KTM. The big daddy of KTM bikes, the most stylish and powerful, Super Duke might be launched in India in 2014.

It is almost certain that KTM will bring in its Duke 350 to the country by 2013, and looking at its success the company looks to bring in Super Duke bike in Indian market. This is an amazing bike from the Austrian company.



The Super Duke is powered by a 990cc 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, 75-degree V Twin cylinder engine, with a peak output of 118 BHP. The engine has a bore & stroke of 101mm/62.4mm. The frame of the bike is made up from chrome molybdenum steel.

The rider's seat is located at a height of 850mm from the ground. None other than Bajaj will launch this bike in India. This bike is made to come to a halt by twin 320mm disc brakes with 4 radially mounted piston capillers at the front, while the rear of the bike has 240mm single disc brake with two piston brake capillers.
