11.52 percent growth reported by Hero MotoCorp in January

Hero MotoCorp, who is the number 1 spot holder in the Indian two wheeler market has announced their January sale reports and this report makes us clear that, why this company is still holding that no.1 position.

Hero MotoCorp has reported its highest-ever sales of 520,272 units for January, 2012, a 11.52 percent increase vis-a-vis the corresponding month last year. This is a great achievement and hence they are standing well ahead of number 2, Bajaj.



This report must be viewed keeping in mind the fact that they are now standing alone without the technological help of Japanese biggie, Honda. The company sold 466,524 units in January, 2011.

Hero MotoCorp Vice-President (Marketing and Sales) Mr. Anil Dua said "We have made a good beginning to the new year with our January performance. We are pleased with the trend of five lakh-plus unit sales every month for the past six months and we are confident of building further on these numbers,"
