Asia Dream Cup to be introduced for young bike riders

Here comes a great news for all those bike racing lovers and all those bike lovers who takes bike racing as their passion and profession. Two Wheels Motor Racing (TWMR) and Japanese auto giant Honda Motors have recently joined hands to introduce a new style of racing competition Petronas Asia Road Racing Championship.

This championship is considered as scholarship program, under which 21 of the most talented upcoming bike riders from different countries of Asia and Australia will be chosen. Out of these 21 bike riders, 16 riders will be selected from Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, China, India, Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand, while remaining 5 bike riders will be selected from other Asian countries.



Honda CBR 250R is the bike that is asked to the young aspirants to ride to showcase their skill and talent. This championship is organized mainly to provide a stable platform to the young biking aspirants to improve their biking skills from 600 cc to Moto2 and Moto3 class.

The winner of this championship would be honored with grand prize followed by chance of riding Moto3 spec bike along with first and second runners-up. It will also provide them an opportunity to enter as wild card entry in 2012 Moto3 bike contest.
