Oshiro Motorcycles and Scooters Coming to India

Oshiro is Japan based two-wheeler manufacturer

The Japanese motorcycle and scooter manufacturer, Oshiro is all set to make its entry in India. The company is expected to start its business in the country by August 2013. For that the firm has already started working on a manufacturing plant at Satara, in Maharashtra. The plant is supposed to be in production by August 2013.

With the arrival of Oshiro, it will be the fifth motorcycle brand from Japan. Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Yamaha are the other 4 big names of Japan.

Oshiro plans to launch 4 stroke two-wheelers and scooters. The motorcycles will be ranged from 100 to 150cc. While, the scooters will be equipped with 125 to 150cc engines.

The company knows that the Indian two-wheeler industry is a rapidly growing industry. But, it needs certain qualities to stand up with the rivals. Advanced Technology, Ultra modern style, Performance, Value for money, Fuel conservation, After sales service, Long term warranty, and Resale value are some parameters among them.

Oshiro may provide some offers to customers since it is only opening in India. The firm is presently looking for dealerships across the country. It has opened an office at Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune.

Since the official website doesn't provide any more details, particulars regarding the available motorcycles and scooters are uncertain. Bi-wheeler maniacs are requested to wait few more until the official update gets disclosed.

It would be hard for any firm to earn initial pick up. So it will certainly take time for Oshiro to earn good reviews from the users. The leaked picture shows out that the firm will be introducing 4 motorcycles and 2 scooters at the initial stage. Since the production is done only in the Indian plant, the company can deliver out machines at competitive price tag.

Notwithstanding, the entry of Oshiro will be a hurdle for other commuter two-wheeler manufactures in the country such as Hero Motocorp, Bajaj Auto, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, TVS Motors, and Mahindra.

"We will stand committed to customer delight with innovative ideas & state of art technologies. We will enjoy our journey with our customers in this century whilst retaining traditional values & respecting every individual. Our deep insight and understanding of the Indian maahol and consumer preferences will help us to enhance and deliver the highest levels of quality products and services, forever," says the company on the official website.
