Honda Recalls 11,500 CBR 250R Motorcycles

Japanese motorcycle conglomerate, Honda Motor Company Ltd, recalls its 11,500 standard CBR 250R bikes across the country. The voluntarily recall is only for bikes which were produced between March 2011 and September 2012.

The reason why Honda recalls is some mechanical problems affected to the front disc brake. However, the problem is ain't that big issue. But analysing the goodwill of the company, officials were supposed to call such an emergency.



Hence the motorcycles which are called will be repaired at free of cost. The service will be done irrespective to the warranty period. This is for the first time in India, a motorcycle company is making a voluntary move. All standard CBR 250R owners will be mentioned via emails and phone calls on this free check up. The service will be done within an hour if it's that urgent.
