The Hero Passion XTec is a 113.20 cc motorcycle that boasts an air-cooled 4-stroke engine. The maximum power output of 9.1 PS at 7500 rpm and maximum torque of 9.79 Nm at 5000 rpm are commendable, offering a smooth and efficient ride. The constant mesh 4-speed transmission adds to the smoothness of the ride.

The front brake of the bike is available in both disc and drum options, with a size of 240mm. The rear brake is a drum brake of 130mm with Integrated Braking System (IBS), which ensures the rider's safety during sudden braking. The front suspension of the bike is a 30 mm conventional fork, and the rear suspension is a twin shox, providing excellent riding comfort.

The Hero Passion XTec comes with alloy wheels and tubeless tyres, which enhance the overall performance of the bike.
