Harley Davidson Street Bob

The Street Bob belongs to the prestigious Softail section of Harley Davidson. The new Street Bob comes with a redesigned style and aesthetics that stays close to be a perfect Bobber. In the past and until now, the bobber fanatics has only one iron thumb rule, and it's been: if it's not essential; then ditch it. The new Street Bob follows the same rule and comes with the bloodline of the iconic Bobbers from the past with a new look that moves forward to the future. The new Street Bob comes with mini-ape handlebars, laced wheels and darkly themed fuel tank to maximize its road presence.



Engine

1,745 cc Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine with Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) as its fuel system. The big engine produces a maximum torque of 144 Nm @ 3,000. The Bob uses a 2-into-2 offset shotgun and a catalyst in muffler as its exhaust system. The Bob uses a Primary Drive Chain for its power transmission.



The Street Bob showcase a new Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine for the 2018 edition. The new engine is refined and is more responsive than its predecessor, and the motorcycle clearly pours out the iconic exhaust note, for which Harley Davidson is very well known for.

Chassis, Suspension & Braking

The new Street Bob showcase an all-new Softail chassis which is more superior and stiffer than the Dyna and previous Softail chassis came with the older models of the Street Bob. The motorcycle has an overall weight of 298 kg and a ground clearance of 125 mm.



The new Street Bob comes with a good rear suspension at the rear and this enhances the riding comfort of this ultimate cruiser. The braking setup is done with a 4-piston fixed at the front and 2-piston floating at the rear.

With the updated engine, chassis, exhaust and dark theme styling, the new 2018 Street Bob is a very good upgrade than its predecessor from last year.
