Dream neo is better looking. And it is from a more reliable brand Honda. It also comes with tubeless tyres. Its 130mm drum brakes are much better than Platina's 110 mm drum brakes. If u are only concerned about mileage you can go for platina. Or else go for Honda Dream Neo.

platina is better no doubt. milege , cost ,performance. platina is far better.

you can change the the platina's tyre to tubeless. then it would be even better than neo. neo gives 65-68 kmpl in city and platina es gives 75-78 in city. now you decide

Platina is a clear winner. With that mileage it beats neo easily. But neo is a little better looking than the bland looking platina. So you can buy platina if u are concerned with superb mileage.
