Refund of life time tax for 2 wheeler

I purchased classic 500 in Gurgaon in May 2011, then by september 2011, I moved to Bangalore. Now, I'm staying in Bangalore itself and I again paid life time tax for Karnataka state. Now, can I request Haryana RTO to repay my bikes road tax? and if yes, the procedure. Thanks

I also want to know the procedure. Did you get the refund of Tax paid.

Someone suggested me to go the RTO and file an application. And even some agents can help. But they will charge money.
