Buying a used bike of cost 20000 bajaj discover 135 but the desn.t having the bike paper should i go for buy .or what are the other ways.

Of course don't be a fool. First of all Bajaj has no resale value and buying Discover 135 in this price tag is too much. Moreover legal issues once you're caught by police. So pls don't buy it.
