If insurance is over of bike even then it is to be tarnsterred to another person?

I want to purchase a bike which insurance is over on 1/1/2005. is it transferable to another person bike registration no is mp41 ba6942

Insurance over means there is no insurance for the bike. So you cant transfer the insurance to another person. Just take a new insurance. Its as simple as that.
