I sell my twowheeler 5 years back, until they did not change my name in RC BOOK that means I am the owner of vehicle.I requested many times they did not change the name.I am in staying kerala.

I am interested to take the vehicle back.The law of India supporting me or not.

You made a mistake in selling the bike without changing the RC book name. Contact the nearest RT Office or ask for Police help if the new owner is not willing to change name.
