I want to buy cbf stunner but i heard that bike has only self starter no kick so how powerful of stunner self and does it work gud in winter season??n also heard that it has problem of vibration on top speed(60+)So is it really true??n if i maintain bike carefully can this problm minimized??

Certainly Stunner is a good bike. Usually Honda's bikes such as unicorn, Activa struggle to get started with electric start in the morning due to cold. So kicker can be a problem for stunner.
There will be no vibration at 60kmph speed. If so meet a mechanic as soon as possible.
You can surely minimize problems if you properly service your vehicle.
But the best bike I can tell you in the segment is Hero Glamour.
