I had purchased my two wheeler TVS Star, 2005 model under hypothecation with Centurion Bank Ltd. I didn't cancel the hypothecation till date, but have NOC & Form 35. Can I sell my vehicle ?

I had purchased my two wheeler TVS Star, 2005 model under hypothecation with Centurion Bank Ltd. I didn't cancel the hypothecation till date, but have NOC & Form 35. Can I sell my vehicle ?

Hi, its better to cancel the hypothecation from the bank for no further problems in future and you should have these documents while selling your bike. Form 28 and Transfer Deed is not mandatory for selling, but Form 29 and Form 30 are mandatory.
